Returns Policy – Izindlovu Fund
Izindlovu Fund is committed to your satisfaction and wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase of durable goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following returns policy:
Return Conditions

Returns period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

Condition of the product: The returned product must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.

Return costs: Costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless the product is defective.
Return Process

Contact us at info@izindlovu.org to register your return and obtain a return authorization.

Pack the product securely in the original packaging.

Include a copy of your proof of purchase in the return package.

Return the product to the address provided after your return request is approved.

After receipt and inspection, we will process your return.
Refund or Reimbursement
If your return is approved and meets our conditions, we will refund the purchase price (including shipping costs) to the original payment method. Refunds may take several days to process.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned if they have been personalized or cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. For more information, contact info@izindlovu.org.
Donations
On our donation page, you can make a one-time donation or subscribe to donate monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Donations, including those made using Bitcoin or other crypto-assets, are final and non-refundable.

Izindlovu Fund determines how and when donated funds are allocated to projects or partners. Donations do not create a legal entitlement to a specific project or timing.

Izindlovu Fund does not provide crypto custody services and does not process crypto donations for investment or trading purposes.
