Return & Refund Policy
Izindlovu Fund is committed to your satisfaction and we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase of durable goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns policy to assist you.
Return conditions
Returns period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.
Condition of the product: The returned product must be in unused and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, and with all included accessories and tags attached.
Return costs: The costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless the product is defective.
Return process
To submit a return request, follow these steps:
- Please contact us at info@izindlovu.org to register your return and obtain a return authorization.
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your proof of purchase in the return package.
- Please return the product to the address we provide to you after your return request has been approved.
- After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your return.
Refund or reimbursement
If your return is approved and the product meets our return policy, we will refund your purchase price (including shipping costs) to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be processed.
Exceptions
