Izindlovu Fund is an independent initiative focused on wildlife conservation, environmental education and local community initiatives, with a particular focus on South Africa.

Izindlovu Fund is not a Belgian VZW, registered charity or foundation and does not operate a webshop.

The information and content provided on this website are intended for general informational and awareness purposes.

2. Supporting Projects

Izindlovu Fund features and supports projects and organisations with whom we have personal contact and whom we know and trust.

When a project is presented on this website, supporters may choose to contribute directly to the relevant local organisation or project.

Donations are not made to or held by Izindlovu Fund unless explicitly stated otherwise. Izindlovu Fund does not deduct fees or operational costs from contributions made directly to these projects.

Information about individual projects is provided in good faith based on the information available to us and our personal contact with the people involved. We cannot guarantee the future activities, financial position or results of any third-party organisation or project.

3. Donations in Bitcoin

Where Bitcoin donations are accepted by Izindlovu Fund:

  • Bitcoin donations are voluntary and are not payments for goods or services.
  • Bitcoin transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the Bitcoin network.
  • The sender is responsible for ensuring that the correct Bitcoin address is used.
  • Izindlovu Fund does not provide investment, financial or tax advice.
  • Bitcoin donations do not create an entitlement to a particular return, service or benefit.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a Bitcoin donation is a contribution to the Izindlovu Fund initiative and may be allocated according to its mission and internal governance.
  • Izindlovu Fund does not provide custody or investment services to donors and does not hold Bitcoin on behalf of third parties.

4. Direct Donations to Local Projects

Where a project page provides a donation link or payment method belonging to a local organisation or project, the donation is made directly to that organisation or project.

Izindlovu Fund is not the recipient of such funds and is not responsible for the payment processing, receipt, use or administration of donations made directly to third parties.

Any tax treatment of a donation depends on the recipient organisation and the donor's country of residence. Donors should consult the relevant organisation or their own tax adviser.
